Hello everyone, today we are going to look at some of the recently announced Cold War gone hot Team Yankee range from Battlefront. These have been getting slowly revealed every monday over at http://www.breakthroughassault.co.uk/
An American M113 Transport with Rifle Squad, one man with a LAW.
A Soviet BMP2 with Rifle Squad, one man with a RPG.
The infamous MI-24 Hind attack/transport helicopter.
The Americans get to field the Cobra attack helicopter.
SU25 Frogfoot Soviet Ground Attack aircraft.
The American A10 Thunderbolt, famous for its 30mm cannon. Brrrrrt!
2S1 Gvozdika 122mm Self-Propelled Howitzer.
BM-21 Grad MLRS
The American M1909 155m Self-Propelled Howitzer.
M106 120mm Mortar Carrier.
All of the models that have been shown so far look incredible. The only worry i have about the game is are anti-tank guided missiles going to be the be all and end all. From what has been said that the Americans and Soviets will be the focus of Battlefronts to begin with i can imagine a lot of the other European nations being added. Though a big draw of it to me is the thought of fielding an armored squadron of Chieftains.
